Nobody does 80s love rock better than Daryl Hall & John Oats.
These are part of Sarah Utter's recent work at Olympia Community Print, where she explored the lyrics that influenced her growing up.
Each print is slightly different, and the color of the inks changed with each one.
Smudging and inconsistency are part of the process, and give them a rich character. Hand inked and letter-pressed on an antique "Vandercook 14" proofing press using soy-oil based inks.
This is a second. This print doesn't meet Sarah's high standards; the color might not be as even as she likes, or it might slightly run off the edge, or there's otherwise a printing imperfection and is being sold at a discount.
