This is the story of how Corinne and her boyfriend Sam, fresh out of college, spent a season working at a bed and breakfast in Alaska.

It is a summer spent cleaning, clamming and hiking, muddling between a life of chores and brushes with the fantastic.

This is her first graphic novel.

The first and end panels on this comic say it all — the first one has Corinne looking cautiously at the state of Alaska (it's standing next to her, and in her depiction, has arms and legs), and in the final page, some 90+ pages later, it has them hugging.

This is a great road-trip story, meets post-college life-changing exploration.
