Each book contains roughly 90 blank pages each, and is bound with two resealable rings.

There's also two inside pockets: keep anything from pens to notes. The book will take standard paper refills (the holes are in the same place) and those calendar inserts.

The first dozen or so pages contain a free-form planner.
