All orders for Omni products are shipped within one business day of the order being placed. Currently all domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and should arrive within 3-5 days. International orders are shipped Global Priority Mail (2-5 days) if available and Air Letter Post (4-10 days) otherwise.

| Refunds & Returns |
It's our commitment to you that you'll get what you pay for and that you are treated with respect. Our refund and return policy is as follows:
• If you received the wrong item, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the wrong item. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
• All sales are final. If you received what you ordered and it is not defective, we cannot accept returns.
