November 17, 2009. It's been busy around the warehouse these last couple weeks. We've been adding more products and new wonderful artists. We're especially excited about Beth Bee's Books, Nicole Georges' 2010 Calendar and the hand-screened shirts by Slow Loris. Hard to believe it is the middle of November already. The holidays will be here before we know it, so it is never too early to start thinking of that special someone on your gift list.
We just got the brand new episode of Robin Mitchell and Judith Steedman's brilliant books that are an amazing world of dolls and paper and magic. Kids and adults will love this latest installment.
Rabbit Food: Vegetarian Cookbook Beth Bee has assembled an awesome collection of vegan/strict vegetarian recipes and assembled them, along with other useful information, in a cute, friendly and tough little cookbook. Nearly Two-Hundred Pages of Cookable, Veggie Deliciousness >>
Nate Manny's sharp and clever graphic style is communicated brilliantly through this handsome shirt. Featuring a witness in the foreground and two squares in the background, this shirt contains a detailed narrative that you can make your own.
Classic Lyrics, Classic Printing What's better than lyrics to a song you love? Those words put not to music, but paper. A new series of letter-pressed mini-posters by Sarah Utter. These look great put in a simple frame. Ships wrapped in cellophane and backed by a reclaimed album cover.
Slow Loris doesn't use computers, it's all done by hand -- they illustrate directly onto film with an ink pen and xacto knife. They use the films to burn them into silkscreens, and then one shirt at a time they pull the ink over slowly, creating nice, rich, hand-done shirts.
Swedish Illustrator Karin Söderquist has created an incredibly peaceful, yet adventurous, imaginative illustration for this simple, all-purpose wallet. It features a young girl with paper boats streaming playfully through the air.
Our friend Matthew Porter has switched up his signature style for his latest book, abandoning his happy and curious animals, and instead focusing on the floral. This adorable board book of flowers teaches little ones their colors. A Kid's Book With Bold Colors And Intricate, Yet Simple, Flora >>
There's a secret city in the trees; moss, lichen and bark help create a hidden world of homes and houses. Jill's captured some of these hidden treasures in her latest Tree House Artwork Series. She's also working on new works for her upcoming show at our Land gallery.
Revive: Toolbox Shirt of Bamboo Nikki's latest t-shirt is made of a bamboo-organic cotton mix. It features a toolbox, hammer, pliers, brush, pan, hammer, mixer, shovel, needle-nose, crowbar, scissors, a pick-axe, and even an oar. Available in fitted women's style (pictured) or a standard men's cut.
Belt Buckles, Eco-Wallets and More We've just added a great selection of goods we think you'll like from San Francisco's Fluffy Co. An awesome silk-screened bottle-opener, a collection of eco-wallets, a line of belt buckles and a few Naugahyde mini-wallets.
Curated by Nathan Mckee, Fake Your Own Death is a silk-screened cover, 32 page zine that contains a CD, two mini-zines, and a sealed envelope inside. It is like a multi-media art gallery you can carry around with you.
Invincible Summer 2010 Calendar Nicole Georges' illustrations are smart and clever, and so is her collection of twelve animals in this calendar. This year's calendar features sharks, koalas, ostrich, a cheetah, some dogs, a scuba diver, some horse women, and more.
The Weekend Store can spice up any ordinary dress shirt with a touch of modern nostalgia. These cuff links are made with the thin flat serif keys of the Smith Corona typewriter - they're lightweight and awesome.

This delightful and conveniently-sized day scheduler is perfect for the planner-on-the-go. A blank, fill-in-the-dates-as-you-go affair, it includes 60 pages of calendar making space and 60 pages of note-taking room.
Take It Now: Remember It Later Snap! Emily Ryan Lerner has done it again. This wallet has a plastic camera on one side and a handsome couple on the other (showing the camera in use). Featuring a wonderful two-color illustration of the ever-popular Holga.
